In my opinion, it is important to recognize the difference between reality and illusion. Reality can be seen as a set of external conditions that are impossible to change. When you think of reality it becomes clear how fragile and dependent it is on our own actions. It can lead to extremes of suffering and sorrow and what we can do to maintain a sense of balance and harmony in our lives.
