1. Preheat oven to 375°F (161°C). 2. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, oil, milk, and butter. 3. Add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. 4. Gradually stir in milk and egg until all ingredients are fully combined. 5. Pour batter into a greased 13×9 baking dish. 6. Place pancakes on an ungreased baking sheet. 7. Cook for 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown. 8. Flip each pancake over and cook for additional 2 minutes. 9. Enjoy!
