How to make hot chocolate, start by heating a cup of chocolate and stirring it until well combined. Once the chocolate has completely melted, strain it into a bowl. Pour in the desired amount of powdered sugar and stir until all of the sugar is evenly distributed. Finally, lightly dip chocolate pieces in the egg mixture and then place them onto parchment paper to cool. Once set, transfer the mixture to a heatproof glass container and enjoy!
